Job summary

You will supervise patients, assist with intake procedures, monitor behavior, lead group sessions, and help with recovery education. A high school diploma, mental health experience, CPR, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards.
• Basic understanding of crisis intervention techniques.
• Ability to work with individuals experiencing SED.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support patients.
• Assist in patient care, including intake-related searches.
• Monitor and document patient behavior and adherence to policies.
• Conduct regular patient check-ins and provide recovery support.
• Facilitate patient activities and recovery-related education.
• Identify distress signals and report to clinical staff.
• Lead group facilitation and recovery meetings.
• Support non-clinical group activities reinforcing wellness.
• Encourage participation in group discussions and activities.
