Responsibilities

• Provide orientation to program and outline daily schedule.
• Arrange transportation to appointments outside the residence.
• Oversee and intervene to ensure a safe, cooperative recovery environment.
• Record detailed shift notes on behavior, medical and staff interactions.
• Maintain EMR and scan documents into headers.
• Assist with cooking, laundry and housekeeping as needed.
• Provide smooth shift handoffs to incoming staff.
• Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures and regulations.
