Job summary

Paycom - ATS operates a network of addiction treatment centers focused on evidence-based care for substance use and co-occurring conditions. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) monitors clients, transports them for treatment, documents occurrences, and helps maintain a safe, supportive recovery environment.

The role emphasizes direct client interaction, adherence to facility rules, crisis intervention, and detailed record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a 15-passenger van.
• Knowledge of Windows, basic email, MS Word and timekeeping software.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise clients at all times across various settings.
• Ensure clients adhere to facility rules and guidelines.
• Provide support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Transport clients and staff as directed.
• Maintain records, shift reports, and incident documentation.
• Inventory office supplies and assist with purchases.
• Enter data into the electronic medical record.
• Prepare rooms/units for new clients after discharge.
