Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; five years in mental health, substance use, or related field OR Bachelor’s degree
CRSS or CPRS certification required for Specialist title; CADC within two years of hire
Valid driver’s license and insurability; basic computer proficiency including Word, email, and EMR systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and accept supervision; experience in peer recovery, mental health, or social services preferred

Responsibilities

Guide the Recovery Journey by observing progress and reporting on personal goals.
Promote empowerment through a recovery-first approach and trauma-informed care.
Lead daily activities with the clinical team to maintain routine.
Assist with meals and observe medication administration following safety protocols.
Welcome new clients, orient them to program rules, and inventory belongings.
Provide transportation to medical appointments and community events.
