You will supervise medication administration, conduct orientation and meetings, and assist clients to appointments. The position requires a HS diploma, valid license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; document client movement.
• Inspect belongings on entry; monitor movement and sign-out book.
• Coordinate in-house activities per program schedule.
• Maintain daily census; report incidents to staff.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings.
• Transport or assist clients to appointments as needed.
• Conduct room searches and random searches as directed.
• Deny access to unauthorized persons.
• Supervise medication administration.
• Regularly perform room checks per schedule.
• Report unauthorized absences.
• Monitor urinalysis and breathalyzers as instructed.
• Ensure safety through drills and facility checks.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and weekly inspections.
• Ensure sanitation procedures and pest control; submit work orders.
