Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking Recovery Support Professionals for the PRN-New Destiny program in a 24/7 residential setting. The role supports clients in a Women/Women with Children program, coordinating admissions, daily activities, and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Driving requirements: valid drivers license, clean record, no DUI in last 5 years.
• Availability: position requires flexible scheduling; 24/7 program.
• Substitutions: residential treatment experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions and document hourly movements.
• Monitor client movement and maintain sign-out book.
• Coordinate in-house activities per schedule (chores, breaks, meals).
• Maintain daily census and report incidents to staff.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings.
• Transport or assist clients to appointments as needed.
• Perform room searches and monitor for unauthorized absences.
• Supervise medication administration where appropriate.
• Ensure facility safety and conduct fire drills and inspections.
• Complete written and electronic incident reports as required.
