Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Support Professional - PRN for Fountain Springs, PA to assist residents in the Women/Women with Children program.

The role pays $16.76 per hour and requires flexibility to cover shifts as needed in a 24/7 facility. You will help with admissions, client supervision, safety checks, and daily activities, while upholding our mission to promote recovery and provide compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions, document client movement.
• Coordinate in-house activities based on the program schedule.
• Maintain accurate daily census and report incidents.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings.
• Transport or assist clients to appointments.
• Monitor urinalysis/drug screening and safety checks.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and regular inspections.
• Complete written reports and electronic incident reports.
