The role involves supervising clients, performing admissions screenings, and ensuring daily documentation in line with agency policies. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; experience with substance use populations is preferred; a MA driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
• Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks.
• Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
