Job summary

Defining Wellness Center in Brandon, MS is seeking a Client Support Specialist for sober living house management. The role involves direct client interaction, record-keeping, and coordination with staff across shifts including 3p–11p and 11p–7a.

Ideal candidates have addiction experience or related counseling/behavioral health education, a strong ethic, and a commitment to confidentiality. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year in behavioral health or recovery.
• Licensure/Certification: Peer Support Specialist or CCAR Recovery Coach certification preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and carries out individual client support services.
• Maintains accurate and complete records for each client.
• Engages in on-site recreational activities and attends meetings/trainings as needed.
• Ensures that all client guidelines are followed and reports to CSS supervisor.
• Drives clients to various locations when needed.
