Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health seeks a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) to support clients with substance use challenges. Under supervision, provide recovery support services per the integrated treatment plan, including goal setting and psychoeducation.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, developing recovery plans with the team, and helping clients access treatment options while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Organizational skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Ability to utilize online EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide safe, timely, effective, client-centered care.
• Manage case assignments and collaborate on recovery plans.
• Advocate for clients and support clinical status decisions.
• Collaborate with therapists, prescribers, nurses, clients, and support network.
