Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health is seeking a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) to support clients with substance use recovery. Under supervision, you will deliver recovery services per the treatment plan, facilitate groups, and help clients set and reach recovery goals.

This role emphasizes collaboration with therapists, prescribers, and the care team, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Training and certification are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related field preferred.
• Recovery Coach training highly preferred.
• Active CRSW certification required or to be maintained per policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client centered.
• Assist in developing recovery plans and collaborate with treatment team.
• Advocate for clients in making informed decisions regarding status and options.
• Facilitate recovery skills groups and participate in supervision.
• Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality compliance and maintain documented records.
