Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required with at least two years of applicable paid experience.
• Certified Addiction Counselor and/or Certified Recovery Specialist preferred.
• Must possess computer skills and be able to learn and record software programs (e.g., Word, Outlook).
• To work with children, you'll need to obtain Act 33 and 34 clearances, FBI clearance.
• Valid PA driver’s license.

• Engage and support women in our recovery program with a positive, client-focused approach.
• Model health and wellness activities and teach healthy coping skills.
• Transport residents to appointments when needed.
• Assist with childcare and basic household tasks.
• Handle confidential information discreetly and balance daily tasks.
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused demeanor when addressing conflicts.
• Support the organization’s mission with cultural sensitivity and workplace harmony.
• Provide gender-responsive, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care.
