Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of applicable paid experience required.
• Must obtain Act 33 and 34 clearances, FBI clearance for working with children.
• Experience in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage, interact, and support women in the recovery program.
• Model healthy coping skills for clients and staff.
• Transport women in recovery to appointments as needed.
• Assist with childcare and support women in household management.
• Maintain positive, solution-focused demeanor when issues arise.
• Follow the organization’s mission with cultural sensitivity.
