Family & Children’s Services seeks a paraprofessional to provide recovery-oriented behavioral health support in an on-site capacity in Oklahoma City. The role emphasizes compassionate engagement with clients, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to confidentiality and documentation standards.

The candidate will respond to crisis calls, assist in linking clients to appropriate services, and participate in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and to write simple notes.
• Experience or training in trauma-informed care is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to agency policies and regulations, including confidentiality.
• Provide recovery-focused services and linkage to community resources.
• Respond to crisis lines and de-escalate in field and community settings.
• Coordinate with supervisors and peers in a team-based environment.
• Document services per agency policy by end of next business day.
