Job summary

Robin Recovery is seeking a Peer Supporter to provide recovery-oriented, one-on-one support to clients. The role draws on lived recovery experience and aims to build hope, connection, and practical skills, bridging clients with the clinical team and daily recovery activities.

The Peer Supporter will document interactions in the EMR, connect clients to community resources, and participate in team meetings while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Personal lived experience with substance use recovery preferred.
• Ohio Peer Recovery Supporter certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support to clients based on shared lived experience with addiction and recovery.
• Document all peer support contacts in the EMR and keep records up to date.
• Connect clients with community recovery resources and supports.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with confidentiality requirements and organizational policies.
