Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support to clients based on lived experience with addiction.
• Document peer support contacts accurately in the EMR and share updates with the clinical team.
• Connect clients with community recovery resources and assist with logistics.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and participate in trainings and meetings.
