Elwyn is hiring a Recovery Support Worker to build relationships and guide individuals toward personal recovery goals. The role involves coordinating services, facilitating activities, and providing crisis intervention as needed.

The position offers up to $21/hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven nonprofit that supports people with diverse needs across the lifespan.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current valid driver's license and driving experience in the United States.
• Preference for multilingual candidates serving diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews Screening, Assessment, Crisis Plan and IAP upon completion.
• Assists individuals in identifying and implementing meaningful goals.
• Demonstrates knowledge of prescribed medications and follows guidelines.
• Organizes and facilitates wellness, social, and cultural activities.
• Offers transportation support to engage with resources.
• Maintains a recovery-based environment supporting goals.
• Identifies recovery tools and self-care techniques with individuals.
• Maintains appropriate therapeutic boundaries.
• Provides face-to-face crisis intervention to de-escalate risk.
• Completes daily tasks including scheduling appointments and housing support.
• Encourages participation in domestic tasks to maintain a safe environment.
• Shows flexibility to support ACCS system needs.
