Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Missouri Class E driver's license (or equivalent).
• Must carry insurance on the vehicle used for work as required by state law.
• Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred.

• Monitors clients in a safe environment and documents safety rounds.
• Facilitates structured activities aligned with treatment goals.
• Demonstrates culturally competent respect in all interactions.
• Maintains cleanliness of the program space.
• Protects patient information and uses EMR to document records.
