The position requires a High School diploma, a MO Class E license, and the ability to work a 24-hour weekend schedule. Orientation is provided, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (typing, MS Word, MS Excel, email).

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients in a safe environment and document safety rounds.
• Facilitate structured activities aligned with goals and treatment plan.
• Demonstrate culturally competent respect to clients, guests and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the program space.
• Safeguard PHI and EMR records and manage documentation.
