Job summary

Crossroads in Portland and Windham, Maine, is seeking caring staff to support women in recovery and their families. You will monitor clients, maintain safety, observe medications, and accompany clients to appointments.

Qualifications

CRMA certificate preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid or ability to become certified.
Minimum of 1 year experience in mental health or substance use field.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Ensuring clients are safe and following program scheduling
Supporting healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive and healthy environment
Facilitating medication observation
Transporting and accompanying clients to regular appointments
Ensuring Crossroads policies and protocols are followed
