You will provide childcare and direct support to mothers in our residential program, helping create a nurturing environment that promotes healing for both mother and child.

Under the Program Manager, you will ensure safety, follow program schedules, maintain boundaries, and uphold agency policies while supporting professional development and client

Qualifications

• Experience providing childcare in a clinical or residential setting.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor and ability to establish boundaries.
• Strong teamwork and adherence to program policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare to children when present in the program.
• Ensure clients are safe and follow program scheduling.
• Support healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive environment.
• Ensure Crossroads policies and protocols are followed.
