Crossroads For Women Inc in southern Maine is seeking a compassionate Mother and Children's Care Coordinator to join our recovery-focused team. You will provide childcare and direct support to mothers in our residential program, helping create a nurturing environment that promotes healing for both mother and child.

Under the Program Manager, you will ensure safety, follow program schedules, maintain boundaries, and uphold agency policies while supporting professional development and client

Qualifications

• Experience providing childcare in a clinical or residential setting.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor and ability to establish boundaries.
• Strong teamwork and adherence to program policies.

Are you interested in and passionate about helping support women in their recovery process? Crossroads is looking for you! We are a leader in treating women and their families with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Crossroads serves adult women in two residential treatment programs, a women's sober living facility, and men and women in one outpatient facility, all located in southern Maine.

All of Crossroads' clinical programs are evidence based and incorporate a trauma informed focus to support each client in their recovery journey.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mother and Children's Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing childcare services and direct support services to women within our substance use recovery residential program. You will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters healing and growth for both mothers and children.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Providing childcare to children when children are present in the program
• Ensuring clients are safe and following program scheduling
• Supporting healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive and healthy environment
• Ensuring Crossroads policies and protocols are followed

This position works under the supervision of the Program Manager and supports clients and performs routine technical tasks as needed, in accordance with established agency policies and procedures.
