Job summary

Crossroads in Portland, ME is hiring to support clients in our mental health/substance use program. The role involves supervising client safety, facilitating medication observation, and transporting clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• CPR/First Aid or ability to become certified.
• Minimum 1 year experience in mental health or substance use field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety and adherence to program schedule.
• Support healthy boundaries and a positive, healthy environment.
• Facilitate medication observation.
• Transport and accompany clients to regular appointments.
• Follow Crossroads policies and procedures.
