Zusammenfassung

American Addiction Centers seeks a Treatment Advocate to observe daily activities, assist in recovery, and coordinate services for patients. The TA operates the company vehicle to transport clients and performs blood draws as needed.

You will support clinical and nursing services and help ensure documentation meets standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPT/PBT licensure, a valid driver's license, and comfort with schedules including overtime and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Behavioral Sciences preferred.
• CPT/PBT licensure completion and current licensure required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficient with EHR software and basic MS Office.
• Able to read, write, present information and participate in meetings.
• Overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours required.

Aufgaben

• Observe clients daily activities and assist in recovery.
• Coordinate with Treatment team and schedule activities.
• Transport clients and perform blood draws as needed.
• Ensure documentation meets contracts, licensure and standards.
• Support and encourage patient participation in counseling services.
• Intervene in crisis situations and deescalate when needed.
