The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking per diem Recovery Specialists for the Grace House residential program in Northampton, MA. Grace House serves mothers in early recovery with a shared living environment for up to fourteen families, aiming to provide a safe, nurturing space where mothers and children can succeed.
The Recovery Specialist will work in a team, provide education and support to maintain recovery, and coordinate with staff to meet residents’ needs.

Grace House is a residential treatment program for mothers in early recovery located in Northampton, MA. The program can house up to fourteen mothers with children in a collective living environment, where they share space and resources in an effort to build a recovery community and encourage peaceful living. As a therapeutic setting, we strive to provide each family with a safe, nurturing environment where mothers and their children can experience success.
The Recovery Specialist works within the Agency’s team model, establishing open communication, support, and assists families in need of substance abuse treatment by providing the education and support needed to maintain a life in recovery. Per Diem pay rate is $18.00/hr.
Schedule: Flexible - We have per diem openings for all three shifts for this 24/7 program.
