Job summary

Hart House, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Recovery Specialist to support pregnant and/or parenting women in a 24-hour structured recovery setting. Per diem schedule, with duties spanning client support, documentation, and coordination with clinical staff.

You will collaborate with supervisors, perform intake checks, supervise premises, and provide transportation as needed to assist families in recovery, contributing to safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with substance use population preferred.
• Valid MA Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to women and families through the stages of their recovery.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and fellow colleagues to ensure client progress.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Observes and supervises buildings and grounds.
• Provides transportation to families as necessary.

The Recovery Specialist’s Responsibilities Are

Pay Range

$20.00 - $24.38

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
