Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Danvers Treatment Center is seeking a Recovery Specialist for per diem shifts. The program provides 24-hour nursing care to monitor withdrawal from alcohol and drugs, with a focus on safety, assessment, and support during the recovery process.

You will monitor clients, conduct well-being checks, perform admissions screenings, and help maintain documentation and adherence to policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience working with substance use population is preferred.
• Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
• Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being check.
• Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

## Recovery Specialist - Per DiemApply: Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services: Danvers Treatment Center: Part time: Posted Today: JR104282**When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.****Job Description:*** **Schedule: Per Diem - Must work a minimum of two (2) shifts a month & any available shift (2 minimum).**The Danvers Treatment Center is a 41-bed detoxification program dedicated to helping men and women by providing 24 hour nursing care to monitor an individual’s withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs and alleviate symptoms. Clients are provided with the medical and emotional support that they need during the one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process. Services include individual case management and group treatment services focused on assisting the client with accessing step-down levels of care. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
