Job summary

Holcomb-Behavioral-Health-Systems seeks a weekend residential aide to support residents in daily living, budgeting, and medication education. You will provide counseling, assist with meals, housekeeping, and safety, and transport residents to activities using a program van.

You will administer medications per DPW standards, respond to crises, and document care. This role requires strong communication, independence, and a compassionate, flexible mindset, with a small caseload.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of experience in human services or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, flexible, recovery‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living skills including self-care, budgeting, and medication education.

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Transport residents to appointments and program‑related activities using a program van.

• Maintain accurate documentation and billable service records.
• Advocate for residents and promote healthy relationships and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the program coordinator and team to meet individual resident needs.

Schedule: Bi-Weekly Sat & Sun 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

What You’ll Do
