Job summary

Chimes International, Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Residential Counselor to join Burmont House in Drexel Hill, PA. The role supports residents with daily living skills, provides counseling, administers medications, and helps maintain a safe, respectful living environment.

Bi-Weekly Sat/Sun 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm shift; requires an Associate’s Degree with 1 year in human services, strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to transport residents.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree plus 1 year of experience in human services or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, flexible, and recovery-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a small caseload (4–5 residents).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living skills including self-care, budgeting, and medication education.
