You will monitor, observe and document client interactions aligned with recovery goals. Preferred candidates include those with a high school diploma and 2 years in human services, or college education in the field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred; 2 years' experience in a human service field is required.
• College education in human service field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists the treatment team in providing direct client care.
• Aids in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment and respectful milieu.
• Monitors clients and documents interactions related to recovery goals.
• Observes, reports and documents client interactions with peers, staff and community.
