Commerce Bank in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Recovery Specialist I to handle inbound collection activity and make outbound calls for delinquent accounts. You will review mail, move funds in internal systems, and maintain productivity while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

Place outbound calls to delinquent direct deposit accounts.
Review and handle voicemail follow-up and returned mail.
Move funds using internal systems, such as Universal Maintenance Database.
Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and quality assurance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range

Hourly: $19.00 - $21.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

1+ year collections experience required
1+ year post charge-off collections experience preferred
