EOSIS in Waverly, MN is hiring a full-time Recovery Specialist for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am). You will support clients through their recovery journey, ensuring understanding of program responsibilities and providing guidance to promote positive outcomes.

The role offers a $16–$21 hourly pay, shift differential available, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, tuition assistance, 401(k) options, and Verizon discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a residential treatment center environment helpful, but not required.
• CPR and first aid certified - preferred, not required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• The ability to drive a vehicle continuously for up to three hours.
• The ability to lift and move objects weighing a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointment, etc.
• Provide orientation to new clients, check in personal property and perform luggage searches
• Provide for the safety of the clients by making rounds including all areas described in the Program Abuse Prevention Plan and overnight bed checks
• Interact with clients whenever possible
• Attend shift change report and department meetings
• Assist with the admissions and discharge process
• Chart interaction with clients and observations made in client’s record through electronic charting system
• Attend staff meetings and In-service trainings, as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
