Job summary

EOSIS is seeking a full-time Recovery Specialist in Pine City, MN, on the 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm). You will support clients on their recovery journey, ensuring understanding of program responsibilities and providing guidance to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, client check-ins, rounds for safety, and documentation in the electronic charting system. Join a culture focused on care and teamwork while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• The ability to drive a vehicle continuously for up to three hours.
• The ability to lift and move objects weighing a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointment, etc.
• Provide orientation to new clients, check in personal property and perform luggage searches.
• Provide for the safety of the clients by making rounds including all areas described in the Program Abuse Prevention Plan and overnight bed checks.
• Interact with clients whenever possible.
• Attend shift change report and department meetings.
• Assist with the admissions and discharge process.
• Chart interaction with clients and observations made in client’s record through electronic charting system.
• Attend staff meetings and In-service trainings, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
