Job summary

UFC GYM Day Spa Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers. The role blends service, science, and sales to grow member engagement. You will conduct Recovery sessions, drive subscription sales, train staff, and maintain a polished facility.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; dotFIT certification in progress acceptable.
• Background in customer service and sales.
• CPR/AED and dotFIT certifications in progress acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Change lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N to life in daily operations.
• Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using state-of-the-art modalities.
• Maintain the Recovery Center in a neat, welcoming condition.
• Respond professionally to requests from guests, members and staff.
• Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide intro sessions.

UFC GYM Day Spa Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using our state of the art modalities.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
• Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
• Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).

Qualifications

• Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
• Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Background in customer service and sales.
• Ability to work, setup, and execute successful weekends.
