Job summary

Arundel Lodge is seeking a Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the recovery-oriented program. You will supervise Rehabilitation Specialists, coordinate IRPs, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality client care.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis management, and a commitment to the Recovery Model. The Program Manager will work with the Middle Management Team to foster a respectful, dignified, and recovery-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to crises and manage stressful situations.
• Physical ability to perform office work, visit off-site housing, and assist clients, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and supervise Rehabilitation Specialists.
• Schedule management: time sheets, time-off requests, and mileage claims.
• Coordinate Individual Recovery Plans and treatment goals with staff.
• Act as liaison with pharmacies, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers.
• Coordinate admissions, discharge planning, and case management support.
• Oversee housing inspections and quarterly site visits to ensure standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Supervise community outings and engagement activities.
