Job summary

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, public administration, or related field plus 5 years in substance use or trauma recovery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; on-call as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff and administrative supervision for clinical documentation.
• Offer vision and direction for the site and execute performance improvement plans.
• Ensure regulatory readiness with licensing/credentialing authorities and onboarding of new staff.
