Summary Of Position

Assists the clinical staff with daily tasks, including ensuring the safety and welfare of all consumers, maintaining building safety and security, and providing general coverage and duties in support of the program's mission.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical staff with daily tasks, ensuring safety and welfare of all consumers, maintaining building security, and supporting program mission.
• Demonstrate genuine empathy and concern for individuals in line with our corporate vision, mission, and values statements.
• Read and write to perform agency‑required documentation.
• Apply knowledge of ASAM, the Medical, Recovery, and 12‑step treatment models.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and obtain approval from NET’s automotive insurance carrier.
• Obtain and maintain CPR and first‑aid certifications.
• Adhere to applicable city, county, state, and federal laws, NET’s policies, DDAP licensure, and CARF standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in addiction recovery, human services/behavioral healthcare, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Excellent time management, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Team player, patient, flexible, and able to multi‑task.
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks accurately and in a fast‑paced environment.
