The role emphasizes supervision, mentorship, and process improvement within a mission-driven organ and tissue donation network. The position requires a BSN/RN/PA or equivalent with at least four years in transplant coordination or critical care, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• BSN, RN or PA or equivalent. Four years’ experience as a transplant coordinator or experience in critical care nursing or other positions with similar responsibilities.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff workload planning, scheduling and compliance with policies.
• Participates in hiring through screening resumes and interviews.
• Mentors new staff through orientation and regular progress meetings.
• May participate in mid-year and annual performance appraisals.
