Job summary

CVTC is seeking a compassionate Recovery Services Case Manager to support individuals in achieving lasting recovery and community wellness. The role involves coordinating referrals, transportation, home visits, and collaborating with partners to meet participant needs.

The candidate will contribute to program development, outreach, and education while maintaining confidential records and supporting grant reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of case management, behavioral health, social services, recovery support, or related experience; 6–12 months of supervision preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Human Services, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and one to two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships and work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and occasionally high-stress environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software and case management systems.
  • Certificates and Licenses: A valid Alaska Driver’s license and the ability to be insured on CVTC’s vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position. CDC I certification preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check:

This position requires you to complete and pass a pre-employment state and federal background check and drug screening as a condition of employment. This position is subject to random drug testing.
