Qualifications

• High School diploma and experience working in the mental/behavioral health field.
• One year of direct care and/or crisis intervention experience with adults.
• MHRT I certification or eligibility to obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis stabilization services to adults in psychiatric crisis.
• Engage with clients with professionalism while maintaining boundaries.
• Write concise progress notes tied to treatment goals.
• Collaborate with team to promote safe, effective care.
• Assist clients toward independence and discharge planning.
