Job summary

Ampact is seeking a Recovery Project Coordinator for the Recovery Corps AmeriCorps program. The role involves supporting community recovery initiatives, coordinating projects, engaging volunteers, and promoting health campaigns in partnership with local organizations.

Position runs January 2027–November 2027, with a 40-hour work week, daytime hours, and a competitive stipend. Benefits include health insurance, childcare assistance, and loan-forgiveness education support.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to understand and follow instructions.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule per hours commitment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.
