Job summary

Recovery Corps, powered by Ampact in Minnesota, seeks a Recovery Project Coordinator to help communities combat the opioid epidemic. You'll support local organizations, coordinate projects, engage volunteers, collect data, and contribute to workforce development through community-focused activities.

AmeriCorps members receive a stipend, health insurance, childcare assistance, loan forgiveness support, and education benefits.

Qualifications

• Dependable and have a history of good attendance.
• Able to understand and follow instructions.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule, depending on the agreed upon hours commitment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

• Support projects such as: Facilitating research and data collection, Leading focus groups, Advancing health campaigns, Mobilizing volunteers, Creating education campaigns, Conducting training on pathways to recovery.
