Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in an administrative, project-management role with data handling.
• Willing to travel to multiple worksite locations and work outdoors.
• Equivalency: combination of education and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Certified Peer Recovery Specialist training, development, and events.
• Communicate CPRS program activities to peers and senior personnel as required.
• Onboard new participants, collect paperwork, verify eligibility, and train on job readiness.
• Coordinate Career Club events, incentives processing, and support for participants.
• Monitor and process checkout of program materials and VR equipment.
• Represent the CPRS training program at meetings and events.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary by RFP leadership.
