Job summary

The Recovery-Friendly Programs Coordinator position with the City of Baltimore is responsible for coordinating MOED’s CPRS program and Career Club, handling training stipends, hours, and event logistics. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and at least two years in an administrative or project-management role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience: at least 2 years in administrative or project management roles with partners and data handling.
• Willing to work outdoors and travel to multiple worksite locations; substitutions allowed with higher degrees.
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CPRS training and related events and track stipends and hours.
• Onboard participants, collect paperwork, and ensure eligibility and program integrity.
• Coordinate MOED’s Career Club activities, events, and incentive processing.
• Monitor materials checkout and collaborate with staff on outreach and VR equipment.
• Represent the CPRS program in meetings and events with professional conduct.
