Job summary

The City of Baltimore is seeking a Recovery-Friendly Programs Coordinator to oversee the Certified Peer Recovery Specialist training program and Career Club, and to manage the administrative needs of the Recovery-Friendly Programs department. This role coordinates among training providers, worksites, and participants, tracking stipends and hours, and supporting job readiness workshops and graduations.

Qualifications

Have high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
2+ years in administrative or project-management roles with responsibilities that include working with multiple partners, data collection, and timesheets.
Willing to work in outdoor environments and travel to multiple worksite locations.
Equivalency: an equivalent combination of education and experience; non-supervisory experience cannot substitute for supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate CPRS training professional development and related events.
Communicate CPRS program activities to peers and senior personnel as required.
Onboard new participants, collect paperwork, confirm eligibility, and train new worksite participants.
Collaborate to create and facilitate Career Club events and process related incentives.
Monitor and process check-out of materials and outreach resources.
Represent the CPRS program and MOED Recovery-Friendly Programs at meetings and events.
Perform other duties deemed necessary by RFP leadership.
