Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team serving individuals diagnosed with SMI or mental health conditions under court-ordered treatment at our South Mountain Recovery Health Center. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, location 3540 E Baseline Rd, Phoenix.

The role emphasizes using lived experience to support recovery, family involvement, and client empowerment.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging personal recovery to support others.
• Ability to facilitate groups for clients and families.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Use your life experience to help clients and families.
• Assess, plan, and deliver recovery-focused services.
• Lead group activities for clients and families.
• Promote independence and community integration.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
