Job summary

Vinfen is hiring an ACCS Residential Counselor in Lawrence, MA. You will provide direct support to residents in a group living environment, administer medications under MAP, assist with daily living tasks, meals, and activities, and work with the team to implement recovery-focused treatment plans.

You will collaborate with licensed clinicians, participate in trainings, and help advance residents' independence and quality of life within a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in a human services discipline preferred.
• Prior experience in human services setting preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged to apply.
• Must be 21+ and pass CORI / background checks.

Responsibilities

• Orient residents new to the residence.
• Collaborate with Integrated Team to address needs and implement treatment plans.
• Perform day-to-day tasks as directed by the Program Director.
• Administer medications per MAP and ensure documentation.
• Assist with meals, activities of daily living and safety procedures.
• Contribute to program quality improvement and participate in trainings.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree in a human services discipline

Prior experience in human services

Bilingual/bicultural preferred

21+ years old and able to pass background checks
