Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle values, reconditioning costs/benefits, and wholesale remarketing channels desirable.
• Ability to understand and interpret state-specific laws on third-party liens for storage and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Review impound accounts for pick up/opposition.
• Recovery of seized vehicle following State and Federal Guidelines.
• Authorize/track lien opposition for resolution.
• Prevent lapses and clear up inconsistencies in agent updates.
• Maintain effective communication with repossession agents and internal departments.
