Hankey Group External is seeking a Recovery Operations Admin (Impounds & Repossession) in Los Angeles, CA for in-person work. The role focuses on timely impound reviews, vendor coordination, fee authorizations, and invoice approvals to meet state and federal requirements.

The candidate will collaborate with external repo vendors and internal teams, manage multiple databases, and adhere to Westlake policies while ensuring accurate account queuing and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Review impound accounts for pickup/opposition.
• Recovery of seized vehicle following State and Federal Guidelines.
• Authorize / track lien opposition for resolution.
• Prevent lapses and clear up inconsistencies in agent updates.
• Maintain effective communication with repossession agents, collection and other internal departments.
