Job summary
Ampact is seeking a Recovery Navigator for the 2026-27 program year to guide individuals in their recovery journeys. In this role, you will use your own recovery experience to provide peer support, connect participants with necessary resources, and track their progress. The position is full-time with a 40-hour workweek scheduled from Monday to Friday. Compensation is $16.24 per hour, including free health insurance, child care assistance, and education benefits up to $7395 for college tuition or loans.
Qualifications
In recovery for at least one uninterrupted year from a substance use disorder.
Dependable with a history of good attendance.
Able to understand and follow instructions.
Able to maintain a service schedule as agreed.
Basic computer skills (email and navigation).
Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
18 years of age or older.
A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
Able to successfully complete a background check.
Responsibilities
Foster strong relationships with participants.
Provide mentoring and peer support based on personal experience.
Connect participants with social service resources.
Track participant recovery plan progress.
